WORKSHOP POLICY

If you and/or your group needs to reschedule your workshop please message us via email theshopvalore@gmail.com 48 hours in advance! 

Those that arrive 15 mins late will be asked to reschedule AND will be charged a no show fee of $20 per spot booked. Please reach out via email 48 hours in advance to your workshop booking time if you have any questions or concerns with this policy, as there are no exceptions. No shows will be charged $20 per spot reserved that don’t show or are more then 15 mins late. 

Canceling/ rescheduling needs to be done 48 hours in advance otherwise you will be charged the no show fee of $20 per spot reserved. 

Pieces made in a workshop are not eligible for refund or remake. Craftsmanship issues like broken bands and unstable/ unset stones, band sizing, ect. will be assessed during the workshop. Once you take the ring home it is not eligible for a remake or refund. 

We hold the right to refuse to do a workshop for any individual. 

NO SHOW POLICY

The no show fee is $20 per spot booked. 15 mins late or more is considered a no show, not attending a workshop you scheduled without 48 hours cancellation is a no show, cancelling your workshop with less than 48 hours notice is considered a no show and any spot(s) you reserve that a participant doesn’t attend AND make a workshop creation is considered a no show. Workshops must start on time to not overlap and effect other participants and valore silversmiths. This policy is non negotiable and you agree to abide by this when you book a workshop. 

You must contact us via email to cancel/ reschedule your booking 48 hours in advance to avoid these fees.

SHIPPING POLICY + WARRANTY

All online orders will ship within 5-7 business days. Custom orders may take up to 7-14 business days to ship. You will receive a tracking number via email or Instagram once your item has been shipped. Items will not be shipped on national holidays or weekends. If you place an order on a holiday your order will be shipped the following business day. If you place an order after 1pm on a Friday, your items will be shipped the following Monday.

Once your order is marked as delivered to the correct address, given valore is not responsible for broken or lost items.

If you choose in store pickup, you will be messaged via email when your order is ready for pickup in store with pickup instructions. 

All Valore items come with a limited 14- day return warranty if the product arrives with any defects in materials, craftsmanship or was mislabeled. If you encounter any issues with your ring, Valore will repair or replace your ring after inspection at our discretion. This warranty does not include everyday wear and tear, such as scratching, loosing the stone or ring itself, hitting or dropping your ring. This warranty only includes defects in material or craftsmanship.

All returned items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Valore will not do refunds for items bought in the wrong size. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs outside of incorrect orders. Custom and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.
