STEP 1: Purchase this product listing on our website, make sure to purchase shipping! (ONE PIECE MADE PER PURCHASE). Size of the piece made must be the size of a dime or smaller to be included in this price, anything bigger than a dime will be charged an upgrade price.
 
STEP 2: Send your plate to 4801 N University Ave suite #450 Provo, UT 84604.
 
STEP 3: Fill out a silver ring/pendants customs form on our website, skip step 1 of purchasing a gemstone. Email us with any questions. Any upgrades chosen on your custom form are also in addition to this price.
 
STEP 4: Wait 1-2 weeks for your custom ring or pendant to be sent back! 
 
Shipping criteria: Please make sure you secure your plate with bubble wrap and write fragile large on your package! If your plate is broken in transit valore is not responsible for any liabilty!
 
Plate Criteria: Plates need to be less then a quarter inch thick. The section of the plate wanted for your piece made needs to be flat and not on a curve. Plate needs to be made of ceramic and not glass/ porcelein. If you send a plate in that we are unable to break that doesn’t meet the criteria, it will be sent back and the cost of shipping will not be refunded. If you have questions about whether a plate meets our criteria, email us!
 
Liability : Though we try our very best to ensure we are able to break the plate exactly as wanted, sometimes pieces break where we don't want them to. In the rare case this does happen, we will fully refund you your purchase, although we don't offer any kind of insurance on the plate that you send. We will give 110% care and attention to creating amazing pieces as you design, by sending in your plate you are assuming full liability for your plate. We do not return excess pieces not used.
