PLEASE MAKE SURE SPOON/FORK ISN’T TOO THICK! IF IT ISN'T SLIGHTLY FLEXIBLE WHEN YOU PUT PRESSURE ON IT YOU COULD RUN THE RISK OF IT BEING TOO HARD TO BEND! A GOOD RULE OF THUMB IS 1/16TH OF AN INCH OR LESS! ALSO MAKE SURE THERE ISN’T ANY PORCELAIN, PLASTIC OR OTHER EMBELLISHMENTS THAT WILL BREAK OFF!
If you send a spoon/fork that doesn’t meet the criteria, it will be sent back, and not refunded your shipping. If you have questions, email us!
 
Liability : Though we try our very best, occasionally we mess up. In the rare case this does happen, we will fully refund you your purchase, although we don't offer any kind of insurance on the spoon/fork that you send. We will give 110% care and attention to creating amazing pieces as you design, by sending in your plate you are assuming full liability for your spoon/fork. We do not return excess pieces not used.
 
Shipping criteria: Please make sure you secure your silverware with bubble wrap and write fragile large on your package! If your silverware is damaged in transit valore is not responsible for any liabilty!
